Board members present: Amanda Taft, Ellen Franke, Toby Pennell, Mia Taft
Call to Order: The meeting was held at Churchland LIbrary conference room. Amanda called the meeting to order at 4:30.
Minutes: The 11/30/2021 minutes were reviewed.
Correspondence: None
Financial Report by Treasurer: Ellen reported the Operating Account has a balance of $46,114.22 as of 12/07/21. The Copier Account balance is $15,358.46. The CD account is $27,140.84 (same as last month).
Unfinished Business: The Cradock chairs were bought. Amanda brought the invoices for Ellen to write the checks back to the Portsmouth Library Foundation. We signed, stuffed and labeled the holiday cards for the librarians. We left them at Churchland to be sent to the correct libraries except Toby took the Main Library ones since she would be there the next day. The membership letter and the renewal form were reviewed. The Square’s processing fee is too high to consider to use for membership renewal at the sales and is not available on the website. However, Paypal per the website is still being considered. Toby will mail out the membership renewals for the people without email addresses. The other members will be contacted via email by Mia or Amanda.
New Business: None discussed.
Library Director’s Report: Not asked.
Meeting was adjourned at 5:50. We will meet at the Churchland Library on 1/18/22 at 4:30.
